Dr. Erika Jennings is a transformational leader, educator, and community advocate with over 20 years of experience in education, special needs services, and program development. She holds a doctorate in Transformational Leadership and is a certified chaplain and ordained minister, committed to uplifting others through purposeful service and compassion.

Her career spans roles as a Special Education Consultant, Program Director, and Instructional Facilitator, where she has consistently championed inclusive education, community outreach, and leadership development. Dr. Jennings is passionate about empowering individuals—both young learners and adults—through innovative programs, family engagement, and culturally responsive teaching.

Dr. Jennings has also served as a National Tour Teacher and Theater Guardian, combining education and the arts to inspire character development and personal growth across the country. Her dedication to equity, collaboration, and meaningful service embodies the core values of the Lions Club.
