Gina

Marketing Chair

Gina was born and raised in New York, where she attended Long Island University, CW Post Campus, where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in International Finance with a Minor in Accounting. She is currently a Vice President in Global Procurement at a major bank in the Charlotte area, where she manages audit and tax services.

Gina is married to her high school sweetheart, Eddie and they share a blended family of three children – Kelley (wife Sarah), Zack, and Sarah Bean – and a grandson, Huck.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking and hosting parties for friends and family, gardening, DIY projects, watercolors, trips to the beach, weekend getaways to the mountains, and anything outdoors – especially spending quality time with her children.

Gina has been a Waxhaw Lion since 2019 and has served as Membership Chair, Vice President, President, LCIF Chair and currently as Marketing Chair. In this role, she manages all social media pages, photographs club events and member inductions, and submits articles to local newspapers highlighting special events.

Her heart for service began at a young age, working alongside her mother, Jean, to collect donations and support organizations such as the American Heart Association and cancer foundations. At 16, Gina volunteered as a “Candy Striper” at Smithtown General Hospital, where she cared for newborns in the maternity wing.

Gina is passionate about helping others and giving back. Her advocacy focuses on addressing food insecurity – especially among children – and supporting mental health initiatives.
