Haripriya Srinivasan, also known as Priya, is a Program Manager in Global Strategic Enterprise Platforms, where she oversees technology enablement and change management for resiliency testing and exercises. She holds a Master’s degree in Computer Applications.

Her husband is a Senior Technology Manager, and together they have a daughter and a son—both proud founding members of the NextGen Leo Club, a youth division sponsored by the Waxhaw Lions Club.

Priya is deeply passionate about children and their future. She played a key role in launching the NextGen Leo Club and currently serves as a Leo Club Advisor. A proud Charlottean since 2005, she loves the city she calls home and finds joy in seeing kids thrive.

Priya is particularly committed to growing youth leadership, mentoring young members to develop skills, confidence, and a strong sense of community responsibility. She believes that youth are the future, and empowering them is the key to creating positive change in society.

The Lions Club aligns with her values of giving back to the community and making a meaningful impact—both in shaping the future of kids and in the community that has given her so much. On the whole, Priya is driven to help youth grow, thrive, and make a lasting impact, while finding meaningful ways to give back.
